I found this beautiful oak leaf while walking my dogs around our neighborhood in historic Fort Worth. The shape of it is so unique and reminds me of a feather. I also love the muted, yet vibrant, shades of green within. The natural colors of this withering leaf combined with the salmon/coral colored background are a wining combination in my book. I just love how this piece turned out and I personally adore what remains.
