Apparently peanuts grow underground… who knew? (Okay, I did know once, but it had completely left my brain until my mom reminded me while I was brainstorming underground foods for this Home Grown series.)
This one turned out to be such a happy surprise. The leafy greens and bright yellow flowers pop so beautifully against that light purple sky, and the quirky little peanuts—with all their bumps and wobbly shapes—are honestly adorable.
