I’ve loved ferns for as long as I can remember. Every year they end up on my front porch, filling my pots with those soft, feathery fronds that feel both classic and comforting. I’m not sure what draws me to them—maybe their delicate texture, maybe their perfect symmetry, maybe just the tradition of them. All I know is they’re a favorite of mine, and it felt only natural to paint one.
