Colorfall

$550.00

This piece began as an experiment with leftover paint—colors I had mixed for other projects and didn’t want to waste. I brushed them on freely as an underlayer, letting instinct rather than intention guide their placement. The topcoat was then added to carve out abstract leaf forms through the negative space.

I envisioned this work as a companion to my more traditional leaf paintings. The hues that peek through are the very same colors used across those pieces, creating a natural sense of harmony and connection within the collection.
