This golden maple leaf was found on one of my many walks through my neighborhood in Sioux Falls, SD. What I love about this particular piece is the rich, golden hues combined with the icy blue/gray background. I love all the texture and veins within this leaf, as well as the weathered green spots throughout. The name was inspired by the color of the leaf but also by the song “You’re So Golden” by Harry Styles.
